NLS Offers Free Driving Privileges Information Guides:

National Labor Relations Board released a mobile app for iPhone and Android to provide information to employees and unions regarding their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. iPhone users can download the app from the iTunes Store; Android users can download the app from Google Play.

Heritage Community Transportation – is a free Mon Valley van service that connects riders to employment, retail centers and the greater transportation network. It serves 11 communities in the Mon Valley. Ways To Work – a loan program that helps working families maintain employment and economic stability by providing loans to assist them in handling the costs of automobile purchase and repair. To qualify, an applicant must have a valid PA Driver’s license, need a vehicle to get to work, be working continuously for at least 6 months for at least 20 hours per week, must live in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington, Westmoreland, Greene, or Fayette County, must be an involved parent of a dependent child 18 years of age or younger still in school, must demonstrate the willingness and ability to make a modest monthly payment, and must fall within the Ways to Work income guidelines for your county.
