Professional Experience

Mark Hitchcock has been in IT management for 7 years and around the IT field in general for over 15 years.  He comes with extensive experience in IT management, project management, and carries a specialization in technology implementation and adoption.  He has planned and implemented over 20 technologies and projects ranging from small web applications to CRM implementations.

Prior to joining NLS in 2019, Mark was living in Maryland and working as the Director of IT for a large credit card processing firm.

Education

Mark obtained his BS in Computer Science from UOP as well as a special program credit from DCI Career Institute in Specialized Computer Networking and Server Management.

Certifications

Mark carries several Microsoft related certifications as well as his PMP Project Management certification.
