SPLS Consortium Clients' Council
The Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services Consortium is a functional integration of Laurel Legal Services (LLS), Neighborhood Legal Services Association (NLSA) and Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services (SWPLS).
Together, these neighboring programs serve 14 counties and a poverty population that is greater than the eligible populations of sixteen other states.
The SPLS Consortium Clients' council focuses on indentifying the legal needs of this community. In order to be appointed to the Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services Consortium Clients' Council, you must be a council member of NLSA.
