The Older and Wiser Project, supported by the Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services Consortium and local state legislators, is a service specifically designed to help elderly adults and their families through legal information seminars. Also provided are links to pamphlets covering seven different areas of poverty law and other sources which can provide additional information.
